Joseph B. Bower, Jr., President and CEO of CNB Bank, is pleased to announce that Michelle Payonk has graduated from the CNB Bank management training program.
The program was developed to provide the participant with the knowledge of CNB’s banking fundamentals and consists of both in-house classroom and on-the-job learning experiences. Trainees are assigned time in every department of the bank in order to observe and serve in various capacities, thus acquiring a working knowledge of various operations and management styles. This structured program typically lasts for a period of six months.
Payonk began her career at CNB Bank in May 2015 as a universal associate. Following the completion of the program, she has received the position of loan document preparer. In this role, Payonk will prepare the documents necessary to complete the loan process for customer mortgages, installment real estate, and commercial loans. She will track the status of the application from start to finish to ensure a timely, seamless process for customers.
“Michelle’s experience through the management training program has given her the understanding of how all components of the bank function as a whole,” Bower said. “This experience and knowledge, combined with her positive attitude, will provide our customers with excellent, professional service.”
A native of Clearfield, Michelle is a 2011 graduate of Clearfield Area High School and a 2015 graduate of Slippery Rock University where she received her B.S. in exercise science. Payonk has also completed the supervisor training course as part of the management training program.
